During your first visit, your medical history will be reviewed. Past injuries, activities, and traumas are likely contributing to your current issues. A full evaluation and assessment will be done. Please dress in loose comfortable clothing and expect the first visit to last a little over an hour. Follow up visits are one hour long.
Please fill out the New Patient Paperwork and bring it in with you.
Body Re-Balance will provide you with a superbill with appropriate codes used to bill your insurance upon request. We will bill your insurance for you for an additional fee if you prefer but payment is due at the time of the visit. Checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX accepted.
